This course develops competency in the use of the English Language. It aims at teaching the student to express him or herself clearly, accurately and concisely in both written and oral form. Emphasis will be placed on comprehension skills, analysis, organization and critical evaluation. Students will also focus on oral presentation and public speaking. There are a variety of assessments as well as a culminating assessment that students must do to show successful completion of this course.
