Business Law

This is an introductory course for students who will one day venture into the world of business and work. The course includes the nature and development of the English Law, the Belizean Law and the administration of Belize Law. Students, through a case study approach, will learn of: law of contracts and agency, law of tort, employment law, company law and intellectual property.
