Food & Beverage Management

Food & Beverage Management is aimed to provide a comprehensive portrait of managing commercial and on-site foodservice operations. Emphasizing a ‘real-world’ focus using the foodservice systems model as the guiding framework, this course will provide students with the foundation needed to make smart decisions in commercial and institutional food and beverage operations.  Students gain in-depth management know-how, planning skills and hands-on techniques for consistently delivering quality service in every type of food services operations.
