Sociology

This is an introductory course to the study of human society, social behaviour, and social order. It examines different sociological approaches, concepts, and theories used by sociologists to explore the ways people interact with the world; understand social differences, inequalities, group dynamics, social institutions and changes in society.  This course provides opportunities for students to critically examine current social issues, the society they live in, and the critical role they are expected to assume.
